PROCESSING TIMES

Our collections include both ready-to-ship pieces and sourced-to-order extensions.

Processing times are as follows:

  • In-stock items: 2–5 business days

  • Sourced-to-order items: 3–10 business days

Processing time refers to preparation prior to dispatch and does not include shipping time.

During collection launches, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly to maintain our quality standards.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

UK DELIVERY

We offer fully tracked UK delivery:

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £300

  • £8 flat-rate delivery on orders under £300

Estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch:
2–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of:

  • £20 International delivery

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Clients are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance or handling fees

Riestylez is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Parcels must not be refused. If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees are non-refundable and redelivery costs will apply.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Riestylez cannot be held responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Courier delays after dispatch

  • Parcels marked as delivered

  • Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery

Once tracking confirms delivery, liability transfers to the recipient.

RETURNED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal of customs charges, redelivery fees will apply. Original shipping costs remain non-refundable.
