We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is confirmed defective.

We kindly encourage all clients to ensure their selected length, texture, and colour are correct before completing their purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Colour mismatch

• Texture or length preference

• Installation outcomes

• Custom or personalised orders

• Any product that has been opened, handled, or removed from its original packaging

Defective Items

In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email, including clear photo or video evidence.

To be eligible for assessment:

• The hair must be completely unused

• The item must not be installed, worn, brushed, cut, washed, styled, or altered

• Lace must not be cut, tinted, or customised

• Curl patterns must remain fully intact

• Security bands, ties, clips, and attachments must remain in place

• The product must be returned in its exact original packaging, untampered and in pristine condition

Any item that shows signs of use, alteration, or packaging interference will not be accepted.

Return Process (Defective Items only)

All returns must be authorised prior to sending.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once received, all items will undergo inspection.
If a genuine defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
