RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All returns must be authorised in advance

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition

  • Curl patterns must remain fully intact and undisturbed

  • Lace must not be cut, tinted, customised, or altered in any way

  • Elastic bands, clips, and ties must not be removed or tampered with

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Unauthorised returns will be refused or securely disposed of.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or pre-order items

  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, or altered

  • Hair care products, adhesives, or sealed goods once opened

  • Any item showing signs of use, wear, or interference

This is in line with UK hygiene exemptions under consumer law.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Should you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email, including clear photographic or video evidence.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, verified faulty items will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

RETURN SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured courier service

Riestylez cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in transit

International Returns

International customers must clearly mark parcels as “Returned Goods”.

Any customs charges, duties, or import fees incurred will result in refusal of the return, as these costs are not covered by Riestylez.

RETURN PROCESSING

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt

  • Processing time is 7–10 working days from delivery to our returns facility

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely dispatch.

As such, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or modified once placed.

Unauthorised returns or “return to sender” actions may be:

  • Refused, or

  • Subject to a 15% handling fee, plus original shipping charges

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Payment processing fees (4%–15%) are non-refundable

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Store credit may be offered at the full item value, excluding shipping

  • Store credit redemptions will require a new shipping fee
